Little known outside of local residents is in the heart of Eastound next to the Post Office. You’ll have to scramble a bit to find it but it’s worth it. I spoke with the owner for a while this week. Charle’s left the Island and I for one will miss her entertaining style and comedic wit.
That lead us to the topic of ukelel players and their instruments. The Instrument shop has many to choose from, and a few are surprisingly affordable.
Highly reccommended. Highly hidden gem on Orcas Island, and a place for a delightful conversation with someone who loves music instruments. When you see the sign you might think, that’s survey instruments. Hmmm part of the charm of this treasure box.
