Boston Lockdown is a sad consequence of this activity is how it has affected so many people’s lives. The economic impact is going to be significant as essentially everyone is sheltering in place – staying home. Police have asked that people do not travel in Boston while the investigators look for the suspect in the Boston Marathon Bombings, as of 3:40PM he remains at large.

    [Updated 6:11 p.m. ET] “We do not have an apprehension of our suspect this afternoon, but we will have one,” Colonel Timothy Alben, Massachusetts State Police said at a news conference in Watertown.

    In the meantime, an advisory to stay indoors has been lifted, and the MBTA will resume service, Gov. Deval Patrick said in the same press conference.

    8:45 PM EDT. not known if the suspect is alive. at the moment. law enforcement says he is in custody.
